Fiona Sampey, MMSc, PA-C is a board-certified, palliative care provider with extensive experience in providing care to adult, geriatric and pediatric patients with serious illnesses and at end-of-life. Fiona has specialized training and expertise in facilitating conversations around complex medical decision making and how healthcare wishes intersect with quality of life considerations. She is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate these important discussions.
Amy Vance, MSN, NP-C is a family nurse practitioner, certified as an Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse. With a career spanning over 30 years in healthcare, Amy has practiced in a variety of medical domains, including oncology, internal medicine, hospice, and palliative care. Amy’s dedication lies in guiding individuals and families through pivotal discussions leading to well-informed decisions which align with the patient’s priorities, values, and goals.
